Products sold by vendors follow the vendor's refund policy, which is linked on the product page. We help mediate if something goes wrong.
Subscriptions
Cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the paid period; partial months are not pro-rated unless the vendor says otherwise.
How to request
Open your order in My Store and choose Request refund, or reply to your receipt email.
